representative functionsNorwegian-Pomor University Centre cooperates to the Norwegian General Consulate in Murmansk. Students and lecturers of the university can be consulted at the Centre in order to fill the questionnaire form for visa . The Norwegian Consulate provides the Centre with information materials, joint measures are conducted to the Consulate (celebration of National Day of Norway 17th May, Norwegian days in Arkhangelsk, Scandinavian festival). The Norwegian-Pomor Centre was visited by many officials including the Prime-minister of Norway Kjell Magne Bondevik, minister of education, vice-minister of economics.
The Centre is considered to be a traditional place to conduct international negotiations between Pomor University and foreign delegations.
